About Pilates Addiction

Pilates Addiction is a results-driven boutique fitness brand offering a transformative movement experience on the Aurum — our proprietary, multi-functional Pilates apparatus found only in Pilates Addiction studios.

We believe movement is intelligent, intentional, and empowering.
Our educators guide clients through classes that cultivate strength, balance, and confidence from the inside out.

Position Summary

The Educator delivers safe, biomechanically informed, and motivating Pilates Addiction classes on the Aurum.
Educators are responsible for upholding the Pilates Addiction experience through clear cueing, intentional programming, and authentic community connection.

This role requires strong movement literacy, professionalism, and an ability to create an inclusive, inspiring class environment aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Educators will:

Class Experience & Instruction

Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum in accordance with Pilates Addiction’s training, safety, and programming standards.

Use clear, effective, and motivational cueing rooted in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.

Integrate appropriate modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels, physical needs, and client goals.

Create an inclusive environment that supports client success, confidence, and retention.

Training & Development

Maintain active progress in Pilates Addiction’s required training programs and continuing education.

Attend scheduled trainings, workshops, and team meetings.

Note: Some sessions may be compensated; details will be provided in advance.

Participate in ongoing coaching, evaluation, and feedback with leadership.

Collaboration & Professionalism

Actively support a positive, community-focused studio culture.

Demonstrate reliability, timeliness, and preparedness for all scheduled classes.

Collaborate with leadership and peers to maintain alignment with Pilates Addiction standards.

Attend at least one class per month led by another Educator at no charge, to support team cohesion and instructional consistency.

Operational Responsibilities

Ensure studio readiness for each class, including equipment checks, safe spacing, and proper Aurum setup.

Support light operational tasks related to class delivery (e.g., tidying equipment, resetting machines, client guidance).

Uphold all brand, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

Successful completion of (or current enrollment in) the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program.

Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates fundamentals.

Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.

Passion for helping clients progress through movement.

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.

Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule, with notice provided per studio policy for permanent changes.

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including:

Standing for extended periods

Bending and kneeling

Adjusting equipment

Lifting up to 40 lbs

Demonstrating movements safely and appropriately

Preferred

Experience teaching Pilates, fitness, or movement-based classes.

Sales-minded approach to client engagement, including:

Warm client interactions

Encouraging repeat visits

Supporting new client conversion and retention

Performance & Growth Expectations

Educators are evaluated periodically based on teaching quality, professionalism, consistency, and alignment with Pilates Addiction standards.

Tier movement (where applicable) is not guaranteed and is based on performance, leadership, training progression, and studio needs.

The job description outlines general responsibilities and may be updated by the studio or corporate team as needed.
It is not an employment contract.
