Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee , you’ll rotate through key areas of event marketing, brand promotions, campaign coordination, and team leadership . Key Responsibilities

Support live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations

Represent client brands with clear, consistent, and professional messaging

Assist with event logistics , including setup, coordination, and breakdown

Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data and customer feedback

Ensure brand consistency across events and promotional materials

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to test strategies and share insights

Provide administrative support, reporting, and cross-team communication
