Job Details :

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects, from conceptual design to product launch.

The successful candidate will be a key player in the development, design, and implementation of electrical systems and circuits, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of design, verification, documentation, project management and has strong experience working with AutoCAD and Altium / ORCAD.

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, test and verify emergency communication devices ,equipment, and electrical systems for commercial and military aircraft.

2. Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

3. Confirm system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.

4. Develop electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.

5. Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components;

soliciting observations from operators.

6. Utilize project engineering skills to drive analog circuit design, analysis, and product development from inception to launch, with a strong emphasis on New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

7. Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.

8. Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

9. Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.

10. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.

11. Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

3. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Altium, ORCAD, and other related software.

4. Proven experience in circuit design and project management.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex electrical systems.

6. Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes.

7. Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.

8. Proficient in design and calculation software.

9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

10. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

11. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

12. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.

13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

14. Strong commitment to ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

15. Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
