The Role :

We are excited to be continuing our expansion across the US and are looking for a dynamic, well-organised HR Professional.

Introduction

As an HR Generalist at A-SAFE based in Dallas, Texas, you will drive the Human Resources activity across the business. The successful candidate will also need to support our Talent Partners with the recruitment and talent agenda.

This role involves partnering with our US business leaders, as well as the global A-SAFE HR team, to drive and deliver HR & Talent solutions.

You'll play a critical part in delivering People Workstreams alongside supporting our people managers increasing leadership and ensuring our People processes and systems, lead to stronger people management and improved business performance.

You'll be responsible for supporting a rapidly expanding team of colleagues, primarily consisting of leaders, senior managers, sales and commercial executives and subject matter experts in their field.

This role requires an experienced generalist to partner with a wide variety of key functional teams including close collaboration with the central HR team based in the UK.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Talent Acquisition / recruitment process ensuring the right skills, roles, and diversity are present within our teams.
  • Promote employee engagement and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations while also aligning with the company's global HR standards.
  • Assist managers with employee relations and performance management matters, promoting proactive performance strategies.
  • Promote a culture of Learning and Development to establish role profiles, competencies, and career pathways for professional expertise.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • HR generalist experience in areas including recruitment, employee relations, talent acquisition & management, reward, resourcing, L&D, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and experience in business partnering.
  • Formal HR qualifications ( SHRM-CP or equivalent ).
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Oracle HR experience is desirable.
