About this Role :

Infinitive is growing its teamand is currently hiring consultants for several client engagements. We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable.

Each project engagement at Infinitive represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include :

  • Support commercial clients with enterprise transformation & technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint review, andretrospectives,
  • Oversee working sessions with stakeholders to identify current state activities and document future activities.
  • Coordinate project dependencies, road mapping, tracking, reporting, and management of risks or changes in scope.
  • Draft project documentation including test plans, requirements documents, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Analyze and interpret data and present findings & recommendations to executives.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3years work experience as a Project Manager in an agile environment
  • Experience working on transformation projects (ex. business intelligence, cloud operations, data management, or systems integration).
  • Knowledge of AWS services and how they interact. AWS certifications a plus.
  • Must be familiar with agile practices, ceremonies and tools, specifically JIRA / Confluence.
  • Management consulting experience with commercial clients.
  • Interest in being involved in internal initiatives and contribute to growing the business.
