A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation who will lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Oversee campaign development, execution, and optimization across various marketing channels
Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital and email marketing professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
8-12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3 years in a demand generation leadership role
Proven success in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Deep experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ABM or intent data platforms
Experience in higher education technology or mission-driven SaaS is strongly preferred
