Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in the Bank's success by assisting customers with their banking needs by detecting customer cues, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate customer service. Our Customer Service Representatives maintain knowledge of our products and services to ensure our customer's needs are met. This is a Full-Time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30AM to 5 : 00PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you'll need to be our Customer Service Representative :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six-plus months of banking experience.
• Proficient use of a personal computer.
• Ability to type a net thirty words per minute.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
