Casey Auto Group is Seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk
We are currently seeking an organized and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This is a full-time, stable role perfect for an accounts receivable professional who values a consistent schedule within an office environment.
Essential Duties
- Daily Postings : Manage accurate daily posting of parts tickets, service repair orders, rental agreements, and manufacturer invoices.
- Financial Reconciliation : Assist with weekly intercompany receivables and sublet schedule reconciliations. Perform monthly "clean-ups" of schedules to clear paid invoices.
- Collections & Aging : Monitor aging reports and coordinate with supervisors on past-due balances. Proactively report on accounts over 60 days and prepare necessary documentation for legal collections.
- Cash Operations : Process A / R deposits and p-notes daily; issue refund checks for parts and service orders.
- Communication : Resolve vendor and customer billing inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Monthly Cycle : Ensure all A / R statements are printed and mailed by the 25th of each month.
- Applications : Facilitate the processing of new charge account applications for Office Manager approval.
