Major/Essential Functions

• Works with the Residency Program for Internal Medicine.
• Helps ensure the residents are completing and receiving full credit.
• Ensures evaluations for faculty and staff are completed on time, completes schedules, arranges and set up lectures, among many other duties to support the residency program.
• Works with the Administrator on paying invoices, POs, ordering supplies, reconciling supplies, and other financial duties.
• Arranges registration for providers to conferences along with setting up travel.
• Reviews resident's abstracts to be submitted, approve to be sent off to be made into a poster and other duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paying of invoices and POs.
• Experience in higher education.
