Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and maintenance of core and emerging technologies related to TPA and claims processing Configure and maintain adjudication logic and ensure data accuracy across claims, eligibility, and provider files Collaborate with various teams to assess workflows, provide training, and identify opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience with healthcare applications and claims processing systems Two years of CRM or Care Management application experience preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong data analytics skills required Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare delivery environment and technology solutions value creation
