The Oracle Applications Practice Sales Head - Americas is responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic client engagement, pipeline development, and market expansion for Oracle Cloud Applications across North America and Latin America. The role owns sales strategy, executive client relationships, partner alignment, and large transformation pursuits focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX, Industry Solutions, and Application Managed Services.

Sales Experience: $15-$20M revenue/signings target preferred in Oracle engagements, Account Planning, Solution Selling. Compensation will be mix of base and incentive results pay (to be paid out quarterly). Experience selling Oracle SAAS/OCI services to BFS, Manufacturing or Utilities industry background. Significant proven large deal experience, including winning and transitioning the deal to delivery.
Education: Masters or MBA preferred. Ideally has 15+ years of relevant business experience gained within a large Consulting or SI organizations as either a consultant and/or sales professional, with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience. Must possess deep Oracle cloud experience and be considered as a subject matter expert. Should be educated to Degree and/or Business Administration level or professional equivalent.
Experience: 10+ years selling Oracle Applications solutions. Proven track record managing annual bookings exceeding $50M+. Experience leading large Oracle Cloud transformation pursuits. Strong network within Oracle sales and alliance ecosystem. Experience selling consulting, implementation, AMS and transformation services.
Industry Experience: 15+ years of enterprise applications sales experience. Banking & Financial Services Capital Markets & Insurance Manufacturing Automotive Energy & Utilities.
Business Skills: Executive stakeholder management, Strategic account planning, Consultative selling, Value-based selling, Financial business case development, Contract negotiation.
Oracle Domain Expertise: Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle EPM, Oracle CX, Oracle Cloud Migration Programs, Oracle Managed Services, Oracle AI & Intelligent Automations.
Leadership Skills: Executive presence, Team leadership and mentoring, Cross-functional collaboration, Alliance development, Pursuit leadership, Market development.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
