We are seeking a talented and dedicated Banquet Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment by preparing high-quality, appealing dishes for banquets, outlets, and employee cafeterias. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of all food items for banquets, outlets, and employee cafeterias, following standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all dishes served.
- Support the Executive Chef in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen, work areas, and storage spaces.
- Minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency while maximizing production output.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary to meet operational needs.
