About the Role :

We are seeking a professional and experienced Banquet Bartender to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will be expected to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to the success of our events.

Minimum Qualifications :

At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a banquet or event setting

Knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid TABC certification

Both white bistro and black bistro uniform

Full Bar kit

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with a POS system

Knowledge of wine and food pairing

Ability to create and execute signature cocktails

Experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant

Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during events and banquets

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed

Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks and provide exceptional customer service

Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the service of alcohol

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the success of events

Skills :

As a Banquet Bartender, you will utilize your knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly with guests and other staff members. Your attention to detail and ability to create and execute signature cocktails will be highly valued in this role.
