• Please note - this position is remote; however, the candidate must live in the United States and Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP and WM.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.

Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.

Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.

Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.

30-50% international travel to Spanish-speaking countries and domestic US

Design, and test PP and WM modules.

Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.

Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.

Document functional designs and test cases.

Proactively propose business process and system enhancements.

Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.

Act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team.

Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Work independently and may mentor junior team members.

Coordinate and support resolution of critical tickets.

Qualification & Experience :

Bachelors degree

7-8+ years of business working experience in a technology function in manufacturing business process and relevant SAP Solution in SAP modules PP and WM.

Understanding of accounting business processes.

Deep project management skills with capacity to adapt to a changing environment.

Knowledge of medical devices or pharma industry regulatory context (GxP).

Accepts ownership, and exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.

Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity.

Leading by example, mentoring, and motivating others all around you.

Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

Able to align and work with diverse global stakeholders.

Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills.

Ability / experience to work in a multinational, multicultural business environment.

Preferred Experience :

Business proficiency level in English and Spanish

Experience or Knowledge about other modules like QM and MRP in SAP

Experience in SAP S4HANA
