Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth and expanding opportunities in the healthcare industry? Windom Area Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Windom, MN.

Location : Windom, MN

  • This is an onsite position with travel throughout SW Minnesota.

Pay range : $69,725 - $104,588 / year

  • Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
  • Windom Area Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support organizational growth through relationship building, outreach, and strategic partnerships. This role serves as a key liaison between WAH service lines, patients, referral partners, and community organizations. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, conducting outreach and follow-up meetings, maintaining a client tracking system, and collaborating with marketing and leadership on growth strategies and promotional opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or a healthcare-related field is preferred, along with at least five years of business development. Healthcare sales experience is preferred. This position works primarily weekdays with a mix of office, clinic, and community-based work and requires approximately 40–50% regional travel.
