We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Leader to help accelerate our continued expansion by developing new revenue streams and strengthening existing business relationships. This position will play a pivotal role in TAK's continued success by identifying and pursuing transformative opportunities that expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and enhance profitability. The Role
- Design and execute comprehensive sales and market development strategies aligned with TAK's growth objectives
- Utilize extensive industry network and expertise to identify high-value business opportunities
- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor assessment, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players
- Lead the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout all touchpoints
- Consistently exceed revenue targets through strategic account development and new customer acquisition
- Represent TAK at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics
- Identify growth opportunities and implement improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure seamless execution
- Foster alignment across departments to support business development initiatives
