The ideal candidate will embody our core values, driving the company forward through strategic business development, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership. This role demands a balance of passion for customer service, dedication to employee growth, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development (60%) : Actively network to seek and secure new business opportunities. Enhance our capacity to win and sustain new contracts, ensuring the company's growth and expansion.
- Operations Management (35%) : Oversee day-to-day operations, aiming for the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Implement strategies for continuous operational improvement.
- Additional Duties (5%) : Undertake other responsibilities as directed, contributing to the company's overall success.
