Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for patients.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Lead and mentor a team of behavioral analysts and clinical staff.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in behavioral analysis.
Coach, Lead and Monitor Staff
Identify needs
Analyze data sets
Lead interest groups
Provide guidance and maintain staff goals and production
Experience / Qualifications
Must hold Board Certification as a Behavioral Analyst. ( Current BCBA Certification through the BACB)
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical operations within healthcare.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavioral treatment plans.
Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring clinical staff and teams.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
