Job Description The Director, Cloud Enablement & Transformation leads an expert team of highly skilled and diverse technology leaders, Cloud Architects, Engineers, Platform Specialists, and Transformation professionals responsible for establishing, advancing, and governing BOKF's cloud adoption strategy and modernization journey. This position provides strategic oversight of enterprise cloud services, application modernization programs, cloud platform engineering, automation capabilities, production support, project execution, and transformation initiatives that enable the lines of business to meet corporate strategic objectives. The Director serves as the communications link and strategic liaison between business leadership, technology teams, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, risk management, vendors, and executive stakeholders. This role is accountable for developing technology plans, roadmaps, operating models, and investment recommendations that advance BOKF's long- and short-term strategic goals. The Director translates business needs into secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective cloud and platform capabilities that improve speed to market, operational efficiency, developer productivity, and enterprise resiliency.

Education Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Management, or a related field and at least 12 years of progressively responsible technology experience delivering enterprise-level IT solutions, leading highly skilled technical professionals, managing financial operations, administering service contracts, and driving organizational transformation.
