Job descriptionResearch, draft, and refine content for client communications across various formats, including digital communications (web, email, social media), presentations, newsletters, brochures, and video scripts. Generate compelling storytelling pieces that align with the client's brand and resonate with their target audiences. Support media relations efforts , including drafting press materials, assisting with outreach, and managing press contacts. Help with brand communications and inbound marketing campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with overarching marketing strategies. Coordinate projects for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery , budget adherence, and quality control. Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) and vendors to execute campaigns and communications strategies. Track and manage project timelines , ensuring milestones and deadlines are met efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in communications, with a proven track record of managing projects, generating content, and supporting clients effectively. Strong writing skills , with command over tone, grammar, punctuation, and style. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) . Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal communication with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients. Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The Role :
As a Communications Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and success of client communications initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Communications , you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and implement effective communication strategies that achieve client objectives.
Your role will span across content generation , client service , and project management , ensuring that communications efforts are timely, high-quality, and impactful.
