This role involves assembling small components, wiring, and mechanical parts using basic tools and written instructions. Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical components following written instructions
Use basic hand tools and fixtures to complete daily tasks
Build simple wire connections and harnesses
Perform visual checks to ensure products meet quality expectations
Report any issues or discrepancies to the team lead
Assist with packaging and preparing finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support general production tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience helpful but not required
Ability to follow written instructions and basic diagrams
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Comfortable using simple hand tools
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Reliable attendance and ability to work well with others
Pay rate is $23-$25
