Job Summary
:1. Maintain schedule of all athletic events, locations and times.
2. Coordinate transportation for teams: order bus or van, determine cost, communicate location or time changes.
3. Plan, organize, maintain and update a variety of files, records and databases.
4. Answer incoming telephone calls, provide appropriate information or take message and refer to appropriate staff.
5. Maintain student athletic eligibility: receive student grade information, update database and process reports.
6. Maintain record of athletic workers hours and verify time entered into payroll system. Prepare stipend reports.
7. Prepare purchase orders or check requests for supplies, entry fees or officials, place order, verify receipt and prepare invoice for payment.
8. Work with various activities groups and clubs to schedule facilities.
9. Collect required fees and eligibility forms.
10. Provide general clerical assistance: word processing, report generation, maintain schedule, copying, filing, distribute mail, faxing, or data entry.
11. Prepare end of season awards for all athletic teams/athletes.
12. Use personal computer and general office equipment. Demonstrate proficiency using the technology and computer-based programs provided by the District. Use these programs to effectively manage and organize files, communication, records and databases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions: Office within a High School
Rate of pay: $19.63-$21.19/hour
