Superintendent Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Experience with larger projects of $20M+
- Has experience with seismic retrofitting
- Provides a safe working environment for all personnel, maintains an appropriate schedule, and ensures the project stays within budget
- This position will work closely with the assistant project manager, field engineers, skilled craft employees, and the subcontractors
