LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Mesa who is in search of a data entry clerk to work in their mail room. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7AM-330PM.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, routine processes, and hands-on office support. The hourly rate is $17 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages
• Scan, file, and organize documents for easy retrieval
• Maintain mailroom supplies and ensure all outgoing mail meets postal requirements
• Provide general administrative support to internal teams as needed
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned
