Do you have mortgage documentation, review, and audit experience? Do you enjoy working within a team yet have your own accountabilities? The Mortgage Data Entry Specialist is accountable for pulling electronic mortgage documentation, reviewing it for accuracy, and inputting it into the company's internal systems of record. This specific position will run for approximately 6 months as the company works through integrating and automating its system of record.

salary : $22 - $23 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

• Ensure all mortgage document data points are 100% accurate and present in multiple loan processing systems
• Input, update, and maintain accurate mortgage data in systems of record
• Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet tight processing and closing deadlines
• Enter key data points such as vendor information, key dates, borrower information, and property details into the system
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, or missing information
• Verify dates are compliant
• Order final documents needed for closing
