how decision support systems will provide the data required to make effective business decisions.Performs modeling of information sources and flows.Coordinates the activities of a project team and monitors project schedules and costs for own projects.Develops strategic report applications from the data warehouse.Establishes and maintains excellent knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, programming languages, and data integrity issues.Develops and supports complex data warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.Programs majority of the timeConducts training on use of applications developed.Minimum Requirements : Requires a BS / BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences : Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software preferred.Ability to manipulate large sets of data preferred.Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies like AWS, GCP or Azure preferred.Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with ETL Tool : DataStage, SSIS or similar technologies preferred.Strong SQL and analytical skills preferred.Experience developing APIs preferred.Hands-on experience in designing and implementing data pipelines in cloud platforms preferred.In-depth knowledge of various core AWS services such as IAM, Cloud Formation, EC2, S3, ECS, EMR / Spark, SQS, SNS, Glue suite-ETL job, Data Catalog, Crawler, Data sync, Cloud Health, CloudWatch, Lambda, Athena, Quicksight, DMS and Redshift preferred.Experience working with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, T-SQL scripts and stored procedures preferred.Experience working in event driven architecture preferred.Hands-on experience working with JSON and RabbitMQ preferred.Experience working with Sybase and MongoDB preferred.Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills preferred.For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary
