Database developer Jobs in Waco, TX

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily LocusView database inputs by monitoring all field crews.
• Cross references information received with the LocusView database to ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for maintaining any updates with the LocusView database in a timely manager.
• Trains and assesses crews to evaluate the need for assistance in training and proper updates have been completed.
• Preforms other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Success Factors:

• Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-workers
• Ability to pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• English usage sufficient to keep records, place orders, and prepare simple narrative reports.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the OQ Law
• Communication and PC skills are essential, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
• Willingness and ability to learn additional skills.

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or field knowledge preferred
• Associate or bachelor s degree desired
• Minimum of one year of relevant field work experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
