Job Description:-

eBS-Minds IT Inc, a Pilot Point, Texas Based IT Solutions and Services Company has multiple openings for Software Developer Engineer in Testing.
• Gather and analyze the requirements, design, develop, implement automated testing and integrate the test scenarios automation and manual testing procedures per the guidelines and schedules stated in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) plan created for each project.
• Implementation of containers using Dockers for FPOS Automation that pulls all the dependencies, compiles and tests.Create new unit tests ensure the coverage for the safety certification requirements.
• Responsible for adding docker configuration for FPOS Automation to bring down the build times in Jenkins where Docker will cache the results of the first build and reuse the same cache for subsequent builds.
• Used the Docker container system with the Kubernetes integration.
• Used Kubernetes to orchestrate the deployment, scaling and management of Docker Containers in FPOS.
• Develop and maintain new for module using HTML, JavaScript, JSP and CSS.
• Add JavaScript in JSP’s and jQuery validations per the design, JavaScript selectors for HTML and CSS and creating custom tag libraries extending framework libraries.
• Use AJAX for the Auto Complete feature provided for the NPA look up. Prefill forms with information already submitted by user.
• Worked with Kafka for the message flow, web services as middleware component for data retrieval and Postman for RESTful web services testing, and validated JSON formatted data, different http status codes and FDP error codes.
• LaunchDarkly for flag management dashboard to manage the lifecycle of the features from local development to QA and E2E.
• Work on FPOS automation, increasing confidence and cut down the automation execution time by through refactoring code and parallel execution of test cases. (Refactored code to improve maintainability, adding automated test coverage to ensure functionality is preserved and removed redundant tests across Jenkins TEP jobs).
• Increased automation coverage for Kafka, Bills and Bank Statements by identifying gaps in existing automation.
• Develop backend programming using Java, J2EE, JDBC, EJB and Oracle SQL Developer to complete the integration with front end user interface.
• Evaluate and optimize the developed code to decrease the database calls, complexity, and lines of code and evaluate code cost.
• Worked with Serialization, Threading, Generics and Garbage Collection concepts in Core java.
• Implemented Data Access Object (DAO) Pattern to enable data access for the Business Objects.
• Implemented Design Patterns such as Abstract Factory, Front Controller.
• Developed various reusable Helper and Utility classes which are used across all the modules of the application.
• Maintained Interface compatibility and concurrency in the project using Java 8 new features like default, static methods and Concurrency API.
• Developed the UI component architecture for developer framework using Angular 4, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
• Develop software applications using tools like MyEclipse, IntelliJ and deploy applications on Apache Tomcat server.
• Develop data access objects using SQL Prepare SQL procedures to retrieve, manipulate and update data in Oracle and Cassandra NoSQL database.
• Developing PL/SQL stored procedures and functions for enforcing database constraints.
• Develop software supporting next generation digital technologies; create and prototype solutions and proof of concepts.
• Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions in Java, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the programming code and subsequent changes.
• Implementation of CI CD pipelines using Jenkins and build and deploy the applications. Maven for build, Jenkins, Bule Ocean, SonarQube, Docker, JFrog Artifactory for Repository Management, Kubernetes, GitHub, CodeCov (GitHub Plugin) for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Creating and implementing new pipelines, integrating existing jobs to pipelines in Jenkins using groovy script, Jenkinsfile, ibprunner.sh and shell scripts.
• Monitor application performance to ensure proper operation and identify possible problem areas using tools like Gatling and Jenkins pipeline for all the different services of FDP.
• Improving pipeline execution time for FPOS from development to production environments.
• Write, update, and maintain software programs or packages to handle specific jobs such as storing or retrieving data, or integration with other Financial Institution applications.
• Analyze, summarize and/or review data; report findings, interpret results and/or make recommendations based on validations performed.
• Develop FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for FPOS downstream services.
• Discuss requirements with end users and provide software suggestions and recommendations to users to help them understand potential limitations and challenges.
• Migration of Linux of FPOS from RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) to Amazon Linux and Oracle JDK 1.8 to Amazon Corretto JDK 1.11.
• Anticipate the impact that new or modified programming code will have on existing functionality and application and make any recommendations as needed.
• Adhere to project start and finish dates, timelines for different phases of the projects assigned and various milestones through all phases of the projects in Agile environment.

Masters in Computer Science, IT or related (equivalent) with at least 6 months of experience.
