    Next Generation Child Care is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in lesson planning, curriculum development, and childhood development.   • Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
  • Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Requirements :
  • CDA or degree in Education or related field preferred
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of early intervention strategies
  • Ability to educate students in various subjects including Math and Physical Education
  • Familiarity with Deaf education is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Love and patience for children
