Dealer Success Manager
The Dealer Success Manager position will work to cover the Remote West & East market based in Plano TX. As a Dealer Success Manager you will create and modify processes while collaborating with forward thinking leadership to influence results that have a direct impact on the companys bottom line. You will educate and gain buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.
The primary role of this dealer-facing associate is to onboard and train dealers on products and processes while working with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in Capital Ones technology and relationship evolution. Because of this there will be a high level of travel inside or outside of the Dallas Fort Worth metro area.
The secondary role is a digital Sales Consultant you will partner closely with a defined set of Automobile Dealerships providing consultative guidance to help each dealer achieve its operational objectives. Your ability to build entrenched relationships with business owners and key decision makers throughout the organization will ensure adoption of our suite of lead-generation products and lending solutions.
We are seeking dedicated disciplined sales professionals who excel in a team environment. The right candidate will be an expert in process improvement and have strong interpersonal skills. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. Due to the training and product nature of this role we are looking for a customer centric individual who can excel at training / driving tool adoption with the ability to deeply understand the product and troubleshoot a number of technical issues on the fly.
Travel :
This position will be traveling >
20% of the time.
General Responsibilities :
- Training and onboarding dealerships onto different programs with follow-up meetings to ensure product and process understanding
- Assisting in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships

- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the Sales organization
Basic Qualifications :
High School diploma GED or equivalent certification
1 year of experience in Process Management
1 year of experience in Relationship management
Preferred Qualifications :
2 years of auto industry experience
2 years of digital sales experience
2 years of sales experience
5 years finance / technology experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano TX : $106700 - $121700 for Dealer Success Manager (SM224)
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
