Description

DESCRIPTION :

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and operations teams to build and maintain a robust and agile infrastructure that supports the organization's strategic goals and initiatives
• Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) to manage and automate infrastructure deployments
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises data centers
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of infrastructure components
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track infrastructure health and performance
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations teams to implement DevOps practices and tools
• Provide technical guidance and support on DevOps principles and best practices
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of DevOps tools and technologies
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the IT organization
• Takes directions from the Infrastructure Services Team Lead
• Mentors and Directs subordinate Infrastructure Services Team staff
