Candidates should provide their highest degree for review; the employer's final requirement must be confirmed.
All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted.
Application-history restriction: Candidates must not have an active application within the hiring organization's enterprise during the previous 12 months. Eligibility will be reviewed before submission.

  • Availability for the shared on-call rotation
  • Eligibility under the 12-month enterprise application restriction
  • Compensation expectations and readiness to work in Denver
HireNow Standout Candidates
Strong candidates will connect their leadership experience to measurable improvements in staff development, care coordination, department performance, or patient safety.
Experience with high-acuity neonatal care, collaboration between NICU levels, and oversight of a substantial nursing team will strengthen an application. Candidates should be able to explain how they make decisions, support staff during difficult situations, and maintain clear communication across disciplines.
