Job Description :
Our Electrical Foreman are responsible for team leadership and installation oversight with attention to detail. Preparation, deployment, and management of your crew towards excellent craftsmanship and productivity with great customer care are your core responsibilities.
Job Duties :
- Supervising subcontractors, journeymen, apprentices, material handlers
- Planning and laying out jobs
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers
- Monitoring safety in the field; conducting regular safety meetings
- Completing regular reports and paperwork
- Buy in of budget for project with project manager and estimator
- Tracking Budget to Actual with Project Manager weekly
- Responsible for the following reports / schedules :

Job Requirements :
Must be available to drive for company related purposes as needed or upon request
Must have a valid California driver license and favorable DMV record
Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements :
All requirements may be modified to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
Must be able to climb ladders, sit, bend, stoop, stand or walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift / carry 50lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to work while wearing safety boots, safety glasses, and hardhat.
Must be available to work overtime, varied shifts and assume on-call duties as required.
Ability to work in temperature extremes ranging from +20o to +105o Fahrenheit.
Ability to lift and / or pull up to 120 lbs.
