Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman Electrician to lead our commercial electrical construction projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, from ordering materials to managing manpower and scheduling inspections. The foreman will also perform hands-on electrical work, ensuring that installations and repairs meet NEC standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as the foreman will supervise crews and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. A commitment to safety and quality is paramount, with regular safety inspections and adherence to electrical codes and construction practices.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and coordinating electrical projects by ordering materials, managing manpower, and scheduling inspections. Performed hands on electrical installation and repair work in full compliance with NEC and NFPA standards. Supervised crews, maintained client communication, and enforced strict safety and code requirements. Installed and serviced wiring, fixtures, control equipment, and system components using blueprints, diagrams, and project sketches. Completed conduit installation, wire pulling, splicing, circuit testing, and equipment troubleshooting while minimizing material waste and ensuring long term serviceability. Maintained high accuracy, adapted priorities to meet project demands, and ensured timely and quality project completion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
