Royal Wrapz is hiring an Entry-Level Production Technician to support our vehicle graphics production team.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution — not design. You will be working with printed vinyl, laminators, cutters, and preparing materials for installation. If you take pride in doing things correctly, follow instructions well, and prefer structure over chaos, this is a strong fit.
We operate on documented processes and high standards. Quality is not optional here — it is expected. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, grow within a disciplined shop environment, and be part of a team that values reliability and accountability.
We show up on time, follow the system, do the job right, and go home proud of the work.
Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
This position starts with production tasks and grows based on performance and reliability.
