We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in real estate sales and learn the ropes from experienced professionals. You will assist in lead generation, customer engagement, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with client communication and scheduling
Maintain accurate and organized sales records and reports
Conduct initial outreach to potential leads and set up appointments
Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Coordinate property viewings and open houses
Track and update customer interactions in the CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
