Job descriptionDiscount for employee on parts and service Highly productive shop Career advancement opportunities, promote from within Subaru training expenses paid (travel and hourly for time out of shop) Continued education, manufacturer hands on and web based training Competitive wages Shop equipped with many tools that generally job would require outsourcing Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary Complete vehicle inspection Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter during oil change Clean and lubricate fittings as needed Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first. Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. Basic computer skills. Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
