We’re partnering with a growing industrial machinery manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Entry-Level Estimator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your engineering background with real-world project exposure, playing a key role in how projects are scoped, priced, and executed.
No prior estimating experience required—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for industrial machinery projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams
- Support quoting, budgeting, and proposal development
- Learn how projects move from concept to execution from both a technical and financial perspective
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing/industrial machinery
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets
- Coachable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
