Osaic has implemented a hybrid work schedule that requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. Applicants must reside at one of our listed hubs and be willing to adhere to this schedule.
Compensation:
$140,000 - $160,000 per year + annual bonus
The final compensation will be tailored based on various job-related factors including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver innovative financial planning solutions, focusing on taxation, business succession, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Conduct in-depth research and leverage cutting-edge technology to address complex financial issues and provide actionable insights to financial advisors.
Review and interpret intricate estate planning and business governance documents.
Simplify complex planning strategies into clear recommendations for advisors to present to their clients.
Stay informed about developments impacting financial planning and advise leadership on strategic direction.
Deliver engaging presentations to both internal and external audiences, including conferences and training sessions.
Mentor colleagues to enhance their financial planning skills and expertise.
Perform additional duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing role.
CFP Designation is required.
Demonstrated experience in presenting educational content to diverse groups.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney).
CPA certification.
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
J.D. or LL.M.
