Job descriptionCompensation : starting at $17.00 per hour (based on experience) Gated community with 24 / 7 security. We are hiring a Fitness Coordinator who will bring energy and enthusiasm to our team! The Fitness Coordinator is responsible for the development and management of fitness programs and measurement tools for seniors in the community.
How you will make an impact :
- Assisting Manager in monitoring the daily operations of the Fitness Center.
- Scheduling appointments processing membership agreements.
- Assisting with the promotion coordination and implementation of exercise programs.
- Developing and maintaining an effective membership retention program.
- Developing a network within the community and making appropriate referrals to other services
- Assisting in the training of new department employees.
- Building relationships with residents and staff encouraging physical activity.
