Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Tolleson, AZ 85043
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Material Handler, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. You will receive, store, select, pack, and ship warehouse inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and cutting-edge technology. As an employee-owned company, we value our team members and offer opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts
  • Receive and store incoming materials according to WMS processes
  • Select, pack, and palletize shipments
  • Sort and pack less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments
  • Conduct cycle counts for inventory control
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and perform daily safety inspections
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Comfortable working at heights and able to meet physical requirements (lifting, cutting wire, climbing ladders, staying on the move in various temperatures)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical testing
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Good attendance and strong work ethic required
  • 2+ years of warehouse or material handler experience preferred
  • Experience in large warehouse environments preferred
  • Familiarity with receiving, cherry picker, picking, hand scan devices, and putting away parts is a plus
