Job Summary

Join our dedicated team as a Healthcare Assistant! In this vital role, you will prepare for patient visits by organizing charts and notes, assist nurses and medical staff with routine care, and ensure timely management of lab tests and reports. You will also play a key role in maintaining inventory of medical supplies, setting up equipment, and ensuring cleanliness of instruments and rooms. We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills, a passion for the medical field, and prior office experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient appointments, including organizing charts and setting up medical equipment.
• Ensure proper cleaning of instruments and equipment post-use.
• Respond to phone inquiries and provide guidance on medical issues while identifying patient needs.
• Support nurses and doctors with basic medical procedures and care.
• Track and communicate lab results, manage prescription requests, and perform essential medical office tasks.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Exceptional customer service capabilities.
