Location: Carrollton, TX 76007 (may occasionally travel to Denton and Lewisville)
Pay Rate: $20+/hr, depending on experience
1st Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Office Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both clients and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate records
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Prepare job postings and manage job advertisements
Assist with onboarding and placement processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Follow directions effectively and support the team by assisting wherever needed
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Bilingual required
Team player with a willingness to help in all areas as needed
