Scentsy Wickless CandlesIdahoScentsy is looking for a Payroll Administrator to administer and process payroll.What You Will Do : Administer accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll including time and attendance, obtaining all necessary approvals, labor distribution, and management reportingRun multiple payrolls for both domestic and international entitiesEnsure accurate processing of payroll including all data entry, verification, file imports, balancing, and reconciliationsEnsure legal compliance with payroll laws and remain current with all legislation regarding wage and tax regulations at the international, federal, state, and local level Maintain critical payroll controls to ensure the accuracy of payroll processingPerform account audits and reconciliations and resolve open itemsEnsure timely and accurate processing of garnishments and child support ordersCritically review and analyze current payroll, and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operationIdentify problems with payroll system and performance and work closely with vendor to resolve these problemsCreate reports by building and manipulating data in the payroll systemPerform all phases of the payroll processing cycle including quarterly tax returns, master payroll balancing, and required governmental reporting Process monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and tax processingPrepare and issue year-end tax documents and forms for US and International employees and entitiesEnsure arrival and proper distribution of paychecksPerform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed We're Looking For : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2 years of payroll administration experienceExperience administering payroll in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom is a plusKnowledge of applicable state and federal payroll laws and regulationsKnowledge of international payroll laws and regulations preferredStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information in an appropriate mannerAbility to analyze data and detect trendsAbility to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of actionAbility to prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationshipsAbility to perform and / or coordinate multiple projects and tasksClear and direct written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsMust be highly detail oriented, accurate, and organizedKnowledge of Paylocity or other similar HRIS preferred
