Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Service Training Specialist to join our team. Eaton has the largest and most experienced team of field services professionals in the industry, and we are looking to further build upon our best-in-class technical, safety, and training programs.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

What you'll do :
- Responsible for the development, delivery, and facilitation of instructor-led and virtual Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Service Field trainings.
- Be a contributing member of the CPS training department, supporting and coordinating training events, including but not limited to, set-up, scheduling, travel, equipment, and material needs in conjunction with training coordinators and other personnel.
- Create, maintain, and update curricula, lesson plans, and classroom reference materials.
- Responsible for student evaluations, course evaluations, cost tracking, and continuous improvement efforts within training programs
- Expected to apply knowledge of safe electrical work practices as described in National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standard 70E and OSHA 1910 Subpart S.
- Instruct, and demonstrate expertise, around the commissioning and maintenance of Critical Power Solutions products, including but not limited to Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop customer training programs and opportunities.
