Job descriptionOwn the full IT environment including network infrastructure, system architecture, servers, and shop floor hardware to ensure reliability, security, and performance Manage Windows and MacOS based computer equipment and deployment Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with Human Resources to ensure employees have the right equipment and access from Day One Manage deployment, access, licensing, and renewals for all software including manufacturing systems such as SigmaNest Act as the primary point of contact for our third party IT partner and ensure service quality and accountability Support regulatory and customer compliance requirements including DFARS and ITAR controls Work closely with all departments across the company and travel to our Texas and Kentucky sites and future company facilities as needed to support daily operations and long-term initiatives Build and maintain strong defenses against cyber threats in close collaboration with Engineering Partner with leadership on future technology initiatives and company wide projects Strong experience with Ubiquiti UniFi environments including VLANs, routing, firewalls, site to site connections, wireless design, and security rules Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace administration Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP IP, switching, routing, VPNs, and segmentation Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels of the company Proven ability to build scalable IT processes and manage outside vendors Ability to think strategically while also executing day to day work Ability to adapt in a fast growing environment and lead change with team buy in Willingness to travel periodically to SendCutSend locations, including Texas and Kentucky and future locations Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in IT leadership, systems administration, network engineering, or similar roles Experience supporting highly automated and browser based manufacturing systems Background in manufacturing such as CNC, fabrication, or similar environments Ability to lift and move IT equipment such as computers, monitors, and networking hardware Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while supporting office and Production floor systems This role works across office, engineering, and manufacturing environments May include exposure to production areas with machinery, noise, and temperature variation Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage Paid holidays + PTO 401K with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability Lunch provided daily Flexible work / life balance Employee discount on parts
