KPMG is currently seeking an Enterprise Data and Integration Architect to join our Chief Digital Officer organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate meaningful organizational change by researching data and integration technologies and defining technical strategies across portfolios; supporting an ability to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value and capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security; support the build of data and Integration reference architectures and patterns
- Conduct research and participate in the development of data and integration roadmaps, which may include product selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones
- Communicate data and integration best practices by giving presentations and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and defined best practices
- Assist in the evaluation of business demands in the early stages of projects to determine what data and integration software, technologies, architectures and patterns should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently; conduct evaluation of technology which may require a single solution or matrixed evaluation of multiple solutions through research, proof of concept, or scoped testing
- Provide solution level technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains
- Collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of solution implementation by providing guidance as needed to application, engineering, and operations teams
