The BlackArch Investment Banking Associate will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening BlackArch’s client relationships and in driving the transaction process. Incumbents are expected to have the Series 79 & 63 licenses or be able to obtain them within three months of employment.
Responsibilities
Evaluating and analyzing client needs, including the formulation and positioning of a client’s distinctive qualities with a focus on competitive differentiation
Drafting documentation and marketing materials for transactions, as well as constructing financial models
Maintaining client communication, often directly with senior management team members
Participating in transaction structuring and execution efforts with high levels of responsibility and accountability
Mentoring / supervising Analysts
Identifying and developing business opportunities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable undergraduate college / university, MBA preferred
2-4 yrs prior relevant experience preferred
Strong analytical, quantitative, sales, and communication (written and oral) skills
Ability to think strategically

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target :
173,239.61 USD$185,283.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans :
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
