Job Title: Recruiter IJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Recruiter I to join an experimental project team in Nashville. This role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related area. You will rely on pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform your duties under immediate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview potential candidates.
- Check references and make employment offers.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Focus on sourcing candidates rather than full life cycle recruiting.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for candidate sourcing.
- Interact with recruiting peers and management.
- Prepare candidates for assessment and business phone screens.
Essential Skills- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to quickly pivot and deliver high volumes of candidates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in technical sourcing.
- Familiarity with working in tech companies or Fortune 500 environments.
- Experience as an agency recruiter is a plus.
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a fast-paced, data-oriented, and goal-driven environment with weekly and monthly targets. The role does not require working on holidays. You will interact with advanced internal AI tools specifically designed for recruiters, contributing to a fun and engaging work atmosphere. Initial training includes a one-week recruiter ramp-up onboarding program.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
