Direct Counsel is proud to partner with a leading AmLaw 100 national firm in its search for a Litigation Associate (4-6 years of experience) to join its high-performing team in Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for major clients across a wide range of industries - all within a nationally recognized litigation practice.
Position Overview:

As a member of the firm's Litigation Group, the successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of sophisticated litigation matters in both state and federal courts. You'll work alongside top-tier attorneys on high-stakes cases and have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while continuing to develop your legal skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
  (e.g. business disputes, corporate governance, antitrust, false advertising, securities, class actions)
• Courtroom experience preferred
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
• J.D. from a nationally recognized, accredited law school, top 30% of class
• Admitted to practice in California

Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:

• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills (Law Review or similar experience is a plus)
• Excellent project and case management abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, complex litigation environment
• A collaborative mindset and team-oriented work ethic

Compensation:

• Base salary: $270,000-$325,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Bonus eligibility: Performance- and hours-based bonuses available
