The Logistics Clerk I supports the shipping and receiving functions within the Operations team. This role ensures accurate processing of materials, proper documentation, and coordination with internal departments to maintain smooth logistics operations.Key Responsibilities :
- Verify and document incoming / outgoing shipments
- Use ERP software for receipts, shipments, and inventory movement
- Photograph and log all outgoing products
- Schedule parcel and LTL shipments
- Communicate shipping status and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with Accounting and Purchasing on documentation and claims
- Maintain organized records and respond to emails promptly
